We strive to provide clients with premier quality services. To this end, we expand our offer and master new technologies in order to suffice the ever-changing environment and clients’ needs including environmental and social performance.
Regardless of the circumstances, we do everything in our power to keep our commitments and obligations, and our clients value that giving us 95-98% scores of satisfaction in yearly surveys.
Equal Opportunities and DEI
Sigma Software is committed to breaking down barriers rooted in prejudice. Diversity of our workforce has been steadily increasing over the years, as we take systematic actions to create beneficial conditions for specialists of any age, gender, and beliefs.
We are especially attentive to the gender balance since historically women are less prone to choose a career in IT, especially as engineers. At Sigma Software we have 35% of women as opposed to the average of 25% in the industry, while in the management, we have about 50% women. In tech and engineering positions in our company, women score 19%.
The company aims to eliminate discrepancies in wages, constantly monitors the state of the market, and offers decent wages depending on professional level and experience, regardless of gender or any other characteristics. Sigma Software ensures gender equality regarding conditions and opportunities (including compensation, working hours, work-life balance, insurance, holidays and weekends, parental leave, mechanisms for protection against bullying and harassment, etc.).
To celebrate women’s leadership and expertise in tech, we joined the Femmegineering project in 2021. The project aims to highlight females in the tech industry by sharing their experiences with girls considering a career in tech.

IT Education Development
We aim to provide our specialists with every possibility for personal growth and professional development through our corporate continuous education program.
In 2016, we launched a platform called Sigma Software University to strengthen IT education at every stage: from supporting educational programs for children to cooperating with universities and courses for experienced IT professionals.
We cooperate with 40+ universities and educational centers in Ukraine and globally, open IT labs in universities and colleges, and support student events and contests.

Responsible Citizen
We do care about the countries we live and operate in, and we strive to coexist harmoniously with the society around us. We remain involved in community-related issues and activities. Our team contributes to the improvement and development of society through solutions we deliver for everyday life, sports, science, education, and industry.
Through more than 20 professional associations of which Sigma Software is a member, the company participates in projects aimed at rebuilding the country and its infrastructure after the Russian invasion. This establishes a dialogue with the government to ensure favorable conditions for the development of the industry and attract investment while developing IT education and strengthening synergies between different companies.
Building a whole IT ecosystem instead of separate and competing lines ensures the development and beneficial support for all businesses, whether small or large, products or services.
Created in February 2022, Sigma Software Unity Fund supports both the Army and civilians.

We recognize that our environmental impact, especially in terms of carbon emissions, lies not only with our operation but also with the performance of our products. To address the issue, we devote our R&D to introducing digitalization and energy-efficient approaches to providing our services and products. We aim to develop our portfolio of such projects and empower the clients and partners with our tech solutions. We continuously review and improve our own environmental performance and operations to increase resource efficiency and reduce the pressure on the environment.
Following the company`s Go Green Strategy, which complies with laws and regulations as well as voluntary best standards, we ensure that our workplaces become an awareness-raising and inspiring place for our employees.
