Sigma Software’s 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey once again reinforces our reputation as a premier IT service provider, with customer satisfaction scores remaining firmly at “world‑class” levels.
This year, we have achieved an overall satisfaction score of 99% and a Net Promoter Score reaching 71, significantly exceeding the industry average of 42 and placing Sigma Software among world‑class performers.

One of the most encouraging insights from the 2025 survey is the feedback from long‑standing customers. They highlighted the strength of our collaboration, the stability of our delivery, and the trust built over years of partnership. These results directly support our strategic priorities for 2026: deeper partnerships, proactive cooperation, and shared long‑term success.
The Customer Satisfaction Survey has been conducted by Sigma Software since 2016. In the Survey, we focus on eight different areas: team efficiency, communication with the customer, quality of products delivered, project management, domain knowledge, technical skills, ability to meet deadlines, and account management. The areas suggested for evaluation are equally weighted in importance for all types of companies we work with.
