Eclipse SP has renewed its Microsoft Gold Certified Partnership for 2010
Eclipse SP, a member of Sigma Group, is once again recognized by Microsoft in such competencies as Business Intelligence and ISV/Software Solutions.
The status of Microsoft Gold Certified Partner is a confirmation of company’s highest level of technological excellence, marketplace impact and satisfaction of customers through Microsoft products and services. This year Microsoft had introduced new re-enrollment rules, which required candidates to participate in CSAT survey (Customer Satisfaction Index) and have received at least 10 survey responses from satisfied customers.
This survey assessed such performance indicators as “customer loyalty segmentation”, “loyalty” and “overall performance”. Eclipse SP got the best possible marks in all categories, showing results much higher than average among all MS Gold Partners.

Since gaining MS Gold Partner status back on 2006, Eclipse SP in cooperation with Sigma continues to deliver state-of-art solutions to European and US companies, including such global leaders as Volvo and AstraZeneca. The very recent accomplishment was when Volvo IT and Sigma have jointly developed the new e-commerce platform based on Microsoft Commerce Server.
