Sigma Software and UA WebChallenge contest are partners again
Sigma Software traditionally supports any activities called to build a bridge between talented developers and IT companies. The pan-Ukrainian web development contest UA WebChallenge takes place every year since 2011 and has proven itself as a must attend event for all specialists willing to test themselves, find new connections and adopt a hand-over experience from the best professionals in IT.
The main goal of the contest is to help leading IT companies and best Ukrainian IT specialists to find each other. Hundreds of developers from all Ukrainian regions take part in UA WebChallenge. Participants in five different nominations are expected to solve real challenges that IT business faces every day.
Last year our company has already partnered with the contest. This year Sigma Software decided to continue a good endeavor and became a partner of the IT forum, which traditionally takes place within the frameworks of the contest finals. The forum will be held in Kyiv on November 23rd to bring up the most engaging topic: “What the web will look like in five years from now”. The industry experts will share their theories, based on recent trends and forecasts. Apart from the talks, the forum agenda also includes networking with speakers, open space with partners and after party.
“It is a great pleasure to partner with such event as WebChallenge. Driven by open-minded people, who are truly dedicated to what they do, this contest develops and improves every year,” says Nataly Potapova, Head of Training Department at Sigma Software. “Last year we were quite impressed with the level of organization and the number of participants. Hence we had no doubts whether to support the event again. Our company is expanding. We have opened an office in Kyiv, and so we see a great importance of this event to find bright talents to join our teams in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odesa.”
On the forum, Artem Kostenko, Art Director at Sigma Software, will give a speech dedicated to the place of Usability in the development process. In the course of his talk he will lighten the difference between dreams and reality. So do not miss it!
