Sigma Software Group has completed the sale of IdeaSoft, a fast-growing IT consulting company that became part of Sigma Software Group in 2021. This marks the next step in a story of collaboration that delivered strong results, mutual growth, and strategic milestones. The buyer is a $240B+ UAE holding company with very ambitious goals in expanding to the Web3 industry.

Joining efforts with IdeaSoft and Datrics Co-Founders and other partners, in December 2021, we launched the SID Venture Partners fund that has invested $5.5 million since then and was recognized as the most active venture fund in Ukraine during the war. IdeaSoft will become a part of ADI Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping governments connect with trusted partners to advance digital transformation and blockchain adoption worldwide. Rooted in Abu Dhabi, the Foundation leverages its $120 million fund and a global network of partners to deliver blockchain solutions that enhance trust, transparency, and efficiency in key sectors such as healthcare, financial systems, sustainability, and governance.

IdeaSoft’s Perspectives as Part of ADI Foundation

The acquisition of IdeaSoft by ADI Foundation marks a new phase of strategic integration and global expansion of its technology portfolio. As part of the transaction, IdeaSoft will retain its operational independence and continue working under its own brand, becoming a dedicated Web3 innovation hub with a strong focus on R&D and the delivery of advanced Web3 solutions.
