Sigma Software Named Best IT Employer Based on Employee Voting

The DOU (Developers of Ukraine) community has been publishing their Best IT Employer ratings since 2012. The rating is a way for IT professionals to provide a fair and sincere evaluation of the company they work for in five areas: compensation, working conditions, project, career, and loyalty. Sigma Software has been present in the ratings throughout its history while taking leading positions. This year we have reached the top position among large companies (in the category of “over 1500” specialists).
