Sigma Software Recognized as the Best Employer Among IT Service Companies in Ukraine

Published since 2012, Best IT Employer rating by DOU is based on the voting results of IT professionals, so it is a way to get a sincere evaluation of the company by its specialists. Sigma Software has been featured in these ratings since 2017 consistently securing leading positions, which highlights our dedication to creating fair and favorable conditions for our specialists, while helping them grow and develop together with the company.

In 2024, almost 16 thousand IT specialists evaluated 1,138 companies, making this year’s ranking one of the most comprehensive yet.

We are proud to announce that Sigma Software won 1^st place among the largest IT service companies – more than 1,500 specialists. The evaluation focused on key areas such as working conditions, loyalty, and prospects for our specialists.
