2025 at a glance: a year defined by our company’s further global expansion, meaningful partnerships in the area of AI and cloud, and visible impact across education, entrepreneurship, and community initiatives. From developing engineering forces in Uzbekistan and Romania to expanding our presence in the U.S. market via an acquisition, Sigma Software kept delivering reliable technology and building a stronger, more connected ecosystem.
2025 marked a purposeful evolution of our leadership to support global scale and a stronger ecosystem. Valery Krasovsky moved to lead Sigma Software Group overseeing the broader ecosystem, and Katherine Tuluzova became CEO of Sigma Software to scale worldwide operations.

We acquired A Society Group, Inc., a U.S.-based IT and engineering consulting company, to reinforce on‑shore consulting for enterprise programs in automotive, manufacturing, defense, and aerospace. The journey continues as Sigma Software Vertex — connecting high‑skill engineers with mission‑critical work in the U.S. and worldwide.
Another important change that the Sigma Software Group ecosystem underwent in 2025 is the sale of IdeaSoft — a company that joined the Group in 2021 and grew significantly through four years of close collaboration. Together with IdeaSoft, the Group launched several impactful initiatives, including Global Ledger, the Sigma Software Unity Fund, and SID Venture Partners — now one of Ukraine’s most active wartime VC funds. IdeaSoft will now become part of the ADI Foundation, keeping its brand and operating as a Web3 innovation hub supporting large-scale blockchain projects worldwide. Following the transition, Sigma Software Group and IdeaSoft will continue cooperation on selected initiatives, maintaining long-term value for clients and partners.
We opened an engineering office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to expand delivery capacity and tap into Central Asia’s growing talent pool — adding a new country to our global footprint and supporting clients with near‑EU time‑zone coverage.
At the same time, we continued to expand our Romania hub, building local teams and capabilities aligned to EU time zones and regulated‑industry needs. The strategy emphasizes strong English proficiency, adaptable engineering talent, and formal onboarding practices — supporting long‑term cooperation and enterprise delivery across the region.
Throughout 2025, we expanded our compliance footprint and reinforced independent validation of our operating standards. In January, we achieved ISO 13485:2016 for medical‑device software, complementing our established ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications and confirming robust risk and quality management.
We also secured JOSCAR supplier accreditation, demonstrating that our governance, security, and quality processes meet the procurement requirements of defense, aerospace, and security organizations. This accreditation helps prospective customers streamline due‑diligence, satisfy compliance obligations, and simplify supplier data management, accelerating onboarding in highly regulated programs.
In addition, Sigma Software has successfully passed the Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX) assessment — a critical industry standard that ensures robust information security across the entire automotive supply chain.
In 2025, Sigma Software continued its active implementation of artificial intelligence across the company, combining internal transformation, corporate culture development, and the creation of AI solutions that enhance the efficiency of IT services for our clients. These initiatives also serve as R&D: leveraging our internal tools and accumulated expertise, we can offer clients tested and proven AI solutions.
In 2025, we deepened strategic alliances across cloud, finance, and AI: on the cloud side, we formalized a sovereign‑cloud collaboration with UpCloud to deliver European data residency and compliance by default, partnered with Gaia-X, earned Snowflake AI Data Cloud Service Partner status and AWS ESC Launch Partner title to accelerate data platform outcomes with best‑practice architecture, co‑sell programs, and priority escalation. In finance, we joined the Euro Banking Association as an Associate Member to strengthen engagement with leading European banks and payments stakeholders. And in AI, we became part of NVIDIA Partner Network in NVIDIA AI competence, to bring advanced AI-powered solutions to our clients and help them maximize the value of their business.

Sigma Software Group also joined APECSYS – the Association for the Promotion of a Sustainable Digital Ecosystem in Portugal. This strategic partnership reflects our continued commitment to helping shape the future of technology in a way that is secure, sustainable, and beneficial for all the parties.
In 2025, our work was acknowledged across the industry and community. A few highlights – we were again listed among IAOP’s Global Outsourcing 100 (Leader Judging Size); WomenTech Network named Sigma Software a winner for “Best Workplace for Women in Tech”; our education initiative Teachers’ SmartUp won at the DOU Awards 2025; and a national study by Delo.ua & KSE ranked Sigma Software among the Top‑5 business investors in education in Ukraine.

Across 2025, our teams delivered high‑impact solutions in public sector, manufacturing, and mobility:
In 2025, our impact centered on targeted, transparent action through the Sigma Software Unity Fund—supporting the Armed Forces and civilians via quarterly programs and special campaigns; together with colleagues and partners we raised over $15,500 for UNBROKEN earlier in the year and followed up at IT Arena with the UNBROKEN Charity Run to fund a rehabilitation playground at St. Nicholas Children’s Hospital in Lviv.

We supported youth access to education and community resilience through Star for Life Ukraine’s charity dinner in Malmö and continued school‑lab initiatives, while our CSR 2025 priorities—education, well‑being, environmental responsibility, and responsible governance—kept efforts measurable and aligned to real needs.

Across offices, teams engaged in career‑orientation events, donations, and special initiatives—converting expertise, time, and resources into outcomes that matter on the ground.
