Sigma Ukraine renews ISO certification with international upgrade

Sigma Ukraine have been ISO certified since April 2006 under Ukrainian DSTU ISO 9001:2001 Certificate. Now the company has received the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2008 certificate from Bureau Veritas Certifications. This further demonstrates the organization's commitment to quality-of-service standards.

Now the company has received the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2008 certificate from Bureau Veritas Certifications. This further demonstrates the organization’s commitment to quality-of-service standards. 

ISO 9001:2008 is the latest edition of the International Standard used by organizations in 175 countries as the framework for their quality management systems (QMS).

“Our customers require highly reliable software and they expect their IT suppliers to control all processes that influence the quality,” said Valery Krasovsky, Sigma Ukraine COO. “Having certified Quality Management System we minimize risks and ensure that our services will not only maintain their proven levels of excellence but also continue to improve during the long term.”

Companies that are certified according to ISO 9001:2008 have effectively implemented the following: documentation and records management, top management commitment to customers, establishment of clear policies, planning and implementation, resource management, efficient process control etc.
