We have successfully passed ISO 9001 recertification

Back in December 2014 Sigma Software passed recertification audit in compliance with ISO 9001: 2008 and received a new certificate valid for the next three years.

ISO 9001:2008 is a worldwide recognized standard for enterprise quality management systems and is implemented by over one million companies and organizations in 170+ countries. ISO 9001 certification ensures the company`s quality management system is recognized globally and demonstrates its commitment to industry-respected practices.

Sigma Software has been ISO certified locally in 2006 and in 2012 internationally and since then regularly maintains its certification, which emphasizes organization's long-term commitment to the best management standards and practices.

“The ongoing certification renew illustrates our unfailing adherence to the basic principles, which imply following high standards of services and client-centric approach. Therefore, our clients can be confident in the quality of services provided and in the fact that works will be performed well and in time,” says Vladimir Chirva, Development Director at Sigma Software.

ISO 9001:2008 is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement, establishment of clear policies, planning and implementation, resource management, efficient process control, etc.

"Obtaining the renewed ISO:9001 certificate strengthens our reputation as a trustful partner and our long-term sustainability," says Valery Krasovsky, CEO at Sigma Software. “The benefits of a certified Quality Management System are felt not only by our customers, but also by employees. It provides company`s executives with an efficient management methodology, identifies more explicit and time-saving processes, and thereby ensures continuous self-improvement.”
