HR Manager

We are looking for a People Partner to join our experienced and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an international company in the team of real professionals. As a People Partner, you will do the following:

  • Take care of personnel evaluation and development
  • Participate in face-to-face meetings and interviews
  • Ensure employees onboarding
  • Contribute to employees motivation efforts
  • Help with internal activities aimed at corporate culture development
  • Assist in employment, position transfers/rotations/dismissals
  • Take part in organization of corporate events
  • Support the company’s staff database
  • Participate in the development of company's personnel policies

What we expect from you:

  • At least 2 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry)
  • HR interviewing experience
  • Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention of personnel
  • Experience in introducing, composing, and updating company's policies
  • At least Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:

  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Ability to work in multitasking environment
  • Self-driven person
  • Positive thinking and open-minded attitude are very welcome
