Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our experienced and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for the international company in a team of real professionals, expanding your skill set in an HR Manager role. Moreover, among your responsibilities will be an engaging and challenging task of organizing from scratch various events for the company of 800+ employees.

As a Human Resources Manager, you will do the following:

  • Participate in the development of company's personnel policies
  • Take part in stimulation and motivation of personnel
  • Take part in the internal activities aimed at corporate culture development
  • Plan, organize, and conduct events:
    • Develop concepts and programs of activities
    • Select  and coordinate contractors' work
    • Form and control the budget
    • Analyze the effectiveness of the activities carried out
  • Assist in employment, position transfers, and dismissals
  • Compose and manage private documents of personnel
  • Take part in face-to-face interviews
  • Support staff database
  • Supervise personnel adaptation
  • Observe personnel evaluation and development
  • Arrange corporate programs and trainings

What we expect from you:

  • Psychology degree
  • At least 3+ years of Human Resources Management experience
  • At least 1+ year of experience in organizing events
  • HR interviewing experience
  • Experience in retention, adaptation, and motivation of personnel
  • Experience in training and development of personnel
  • Experience in introducing, composing, and updating company's policies
  • At least Intermediate level of English
