Project Manager with Business Analysis skills

Sigma Software entered into cooperation with a Swedish startup DanAds to implement and develop the idea of a self-service advertising platform. 

Today DanAds works with small publishers as well as with the world's largest media houses, delivering a flexible self-service platform that meets the client’s internal ad business needs throughout the whole sales cycle.

As a part of the team, you will do the following:

  • Successfully execute and deliver the project within constraints from kickoff to final delivery 
  • Be the clients’ point of contact for all day-to-day project related issues
  • Ensure that project deliverables conform to the highest quality standards 
  • Perform project risk management
  • Perform people management
  • Focus the team on the result
  • Perform project estimation and planning
  • Control project activities, track time and efforts, report status
  • Manage requirement: elicitation, analysis, specification, documentation, facilitate prioritization, validation
  • Learn domains specifics

Qualifications you must have to join us:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Be a decision maker and possess problem-solving skills
  • Business analysis skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Strong influencing, negotiating, and delegating abilities
