Senior IT Recruiter
We are looking for a proven and passionate senior-level hunter to join our big team and conquer new office location in Dnipro with us.
The ideal candidate for this role needs to have a corporate recruiting experience, strong business acumen, excellent organizational and communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal clients.

What we expect from Your experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment at international companies or recruitment agencies
- Experience in negotiations with management
- Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
- At least Intermediate level of English
What you will do as a part of our team:
- Full-cycle recruitment process for tech/non-tech vacancies
- Closely working with hiring managers to achieve staffing goals
- Applying and tuning the process so it would work quickly and smoothly
- Taking part in PR events (job fairs, conferences, user groups, etc.)
