Service/Project Manager (Relocate to Poland)

We invite a Service/Project Manager for relocation to Warsaw.

The assignment is related to a set of projects for construction industry. We develop solutions that are intended to ensure order, safety, and security on construction sites, remove grey labor, and promote healthy competition. You will implement solutions that will be used by hundreds of thousands construction workers every day. Our products manage employees' identities, permissions, competences, and more.

The projects that we deliver are used in Scandinavia and are planned to be launched in Europe. We have developed several solutions from scratch and keep adding new ones. You will be able to impact processes at the ecosystem level.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and document processes and procedures
  • Manage and clarify incoming requests, create tickets, and prioritize tasks
  • Analyze and resolve production incidents and service requests
  • Control work progress and priorities
  • Manage stakeholders expectations in terms of time and impact
  • Communication with partners and technical teams regarding integration with existing applications
  • Monitor production systems
  • Report to management and customer
  • Lead, perform, and supervise estimation, planning, and implementation of the project and service activities
  • Build and motivate the project team to commitment and efficiency
  • Coach and mentor team members, ensure professional growth
  • Handle efficient customer communications aimed at achieving project goals
  • Perform continuous process improvements of managed projects
  • Define and efficiently perform change control, risks, and issues management
  • Create documents and instructions
  • Analyze volume and type of incoming requests. Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements

We will be glad to see you as a part of our big team if you have:

  • At least 3-year experience in IT in a Project Manager or Service Manager role
  • Experience with support projects in complex enterprise environments
  • Good knowledge of Project Management theory (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Business analysis skills
  • Good understanding of stakeholder management and expectation management
  • Deep understanding of software project management concepts, risk management, and software quality
  • Ability to organize, motivate, and manage project team (people management)
  • Experience of working with foreign customers (preferable Europe), client facing skills
  • Experience with Atlassian and Microsoft toolkits (JIRA, Confluence, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Office)
  • Advanced spoken and written English

Will be a plus:

  • Technical background 
  • ITIL certification
