System Administrator

We welcome a System Administrator to join our IT Service Center department. We have a great professional team, and we are pleased to invite a specialist with solid experience and friendly personality.

As a System Administrator, you will do the following:

  • Installing software to servers
  • Configuring operating systems and services on servers
  • Server software support
  • Responding to user queries related to network or software operation
  • Monitoring of network and hardware resources usage
  • Organizing access to local and global networks and telephony
  • Ensuring timely backup and archiving of data
  • Participation in system recovery after crashes and malfunction of hardware
  • Identifying user errors and network software malfunction and system recovery
  • Network monitoring, development of network infrastructure development proposals
  • Participation in development of proposals regarding modernization and purchase of hardware
  • Monitoring hardware installation by third-party experts

What we expect from you:

  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Networking:
    • OSI knowledge
    • Routing (static/dynamic)
    • Network services – DHCP, FTP, DNS, SMTP, VPN, IPSEC, NTP, SSH, WWW
    • Firewalls (FreeBSD, Linux, Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper)
    • Routers (Cisco, Juniper)
    • Switches (Cisco, Juniper)
    • Wi-Fi (Cisco AP, Cisco WLC)
  • Operating systems:
    • Windows Server, FreeBSD, Linux, Mac OS X, Junos, IOS
  • Active Directory services:
    • AD
    • PKI
    • DFS
    • AD FS
    • Policy
  • Collaboration services:
    • MS Exchange server
    • Skype for Business
  • Monitoring:
    • Zabbix
    • Nagios
    • MS System Center
  • IP-telephony:
    • Asterisk
    • Yate
  • At least Upper-intermediate level of English
