Sigma Software Vertex story began in 2011 as a consultant broker based in San Diego, California – supporting clients with staffing skilled consultants in system development, IT, and management. Just a year later, we established a strong footprint in the telecom industry, expanding our presence into Texas.

A major turning point came in 2017, when we became part of a broader group and joined Danir. The years that followed marked rapid evolution: in 2018, we grew into a trusted IT and engineering partner for leading automotive OEMs and added capabilities in the fintech space.

In 2025, we joined Sigma Software Group – a leading technology consulting group focused on bridging the gap between strategy and IT solutions. Today, Sigma Software Vertex is active in 18 states.
