Systems Integration Platform for AstraZeneca
AstraZeneca uses System Integration Platform built on top of WebSphere MQ server to unite a number of corporate systems. The platform serves as a key repository for company information providing rich functionality for storage, maintenance, collaboration, and search for AZ employees in different locations. First two versions of Systems Integration Platform were built in-house. Further development was outsourced to Sigma Software.
Enhanced Patient Recruitment System for AstraZeneca
The patient recruitment system is intended for centralized patient database management and analysis to determine the patients suitable and available for clinical studies for AstraZeneca researches. The goal of the project was to systematize and enhance the process of COPD patients’ information gathering and recruiting for studies. This brings significant business benefits, since AstraZeneca is able to speed up clinical studies and be more efficient on the market. The system is a centrally hosted web application serving several clinics in Europe and providing analysis interfaces to AstraZeneca personnel.
DEBT Management Solution for FUIB
First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) took a strategic decision to optimize collections and chose Qualco Collections system for this purpose. Sigma Software performed implementation works together with its Greek partner Qualco, the creator and integrator of this system.
New Charges System for SAS
An existing Charges system of the customer for charges tracking and forecast was replaced with a leaner solution, which meets all SAS functional requirements and is more cost-efficient than the existing one.

Dispatcher Center Management Solution
A task and service management solution to replace existing whiteboard-and-stickers task scheduling process. Sigma Software worked together with Sigma IT & Management to suggest a concept of the system fully meeting customer’s requirements and was contracted to develop this system. The delivered web-based system made daily operations easier and more efficient, optimized tasks assignment to field service technicians, and gave efficient tools for administration and control.
Decision Support Solutions for SAS
Replacement of old Decision Support solutions with a lean and cost-efficient system. The system consists of a core platform responsible for daily calculations of actual direct costs, and three modules to it that cover fuel management, activity based calculations and invoicing processes. The system increased the efficiency of Customer’s IT environment and significantly reduced maintenance costs.
