Julia Hoggett took up the post of Chief Executive Officer at London Stock Exchange plc on the 14 April 2021.

Prior to this position, Julia was the Director of Market Oversight at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), responsible for overseeing the conduct of participants in the primary and secondary markets in the UK. Julia joined the FCA as Head of the Wholesale Banking Supervision Department in May 2014.

Before joining the FCA, Julia was Managing Director and Head of FIG Flow Financing and subsequently also Covered Bonds, Short-Term Fixed Income Origination and Green Debt Capital Markets for EMEA at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML). Prior to joining BAML Julia was a Board Member and latterly CEO of DEPFA ACS BANK in Ireland and responsible for the long-term funding of the DEPFA BANK Group.

Earlier in her career, Julia worked at JP Morgan in DCM origination roles covering Sovereign, Supranational and Agency clients and before that Sovereign and sub-Sovereign clients in Emerging Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Julia was named one of Financial News’ 100 Most Influential Women in Europe’s Financial Markets in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Julia was also named on the OUTstanding Top 50 list in 2013 and in its successor the Top 100 list in 2014. She has been an active speaker in the City on Diversity and Inclusion for much of the last 20 years

Mykhailo Fedorov initiated the launch of the app and web portal Diia, that is used by more than 10M Ukrainians. There are 9 digital documents available in the app for now, including digital driver's licenses and ID-cards. Ukraine became the first country in the world that fully legalized digital passports in smartphones.

Catherine Meyer CBE is a British Conservative Politician and Life Peer. She was appointed by the Prime Minister as Trade Envoy to Ukraine in October 2020.

Her role as a Trade Envoy is to advance British-Ukrainian trade, to open doors for British exporters, and to create a relationship with Ukrainians who might be interested in doing business with the UK.

Dmytro Senik joined the Foreign Service in 2004.

In 2007-2011 he worked at the political section of the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States.

In 2011-2012 Dmytro worked as principal assistant to the Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine.

In 2012-2014 he was Adviser to the Foreign Minister, and later to the Deputy Prime-Minister of Ukraine.

In 2016 Dmytro Senik was appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Singapore. He also served as Ambassador of Ukraine to Brunei Darussalam and to New Zealand (with residence in Singapore).

In July 2020, Mr. Senik was appointed Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine, Chief Digital Transformation Officer.

Kyrylo Shevchenko is a Governor at the National Bank of Ukraine and provides overall leadership for the central bank.

Kyrylo Shevchenko has been working in the financial sector for 27 years, including more than 10 years in the field of public finance. In May 2015, he was elected as Chairman of the Board of Ukrgasbank JSB.

Before that, he chaired the management board of SKPD PrJSC (2012) and the management board of the Ukrainian Strategic Group (2011). In 2009, Kyrylo Shevchenko was an advisor to the prime minister of Ukraine. Between 2006 and 2009, he chaired the State Mortgage Institution. Prior to that, he worked at Aval bank and at Finance and Credit bank, where he became Deputy Chairman of the Board.

In 2017, John launched the Open Banking Europe initiative, which holds a Membership Program that provides guidance and information to the financial industry and a Regulatory Directory service for PSD2 Access to Account and Open Banking. In 2021, Konsentus acquired Open Banking Europe from PRETA.

In 2020 Oleksii Shaban was appointed as a Deputy Governor at the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). His mandate is the development and regulation of payment and settlement systems and the management of the cash circulation system.

He worked in Ukraine’s banking system for more than 25 years.

Before working for the NBU, Oleksii Shaban worked at PrivatBank for over 24 years. In 2018, he was appointed to serve on PrivatBank’s Board as a member responsible for retail business. Since then and until becoming a part of the NBU, Oleksii Shaban was in charge of the retail business, and he actively introduced new card and payment products, including through remote channels.

He also leads major research work by EY including the EY FinTech Adoption Index, which identifies the level of traction that FinTech is gaining with consumers.

Thomas’ background is in corporate finance and has worked on both cross border and domestic M&A processes. He has led acquisition and disposal processes for clients across various European countries as well as within Asia.
