12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We encourage parents to instruct their children about privacy and the way they use their information on the Internet. Children should never disclose their name, address or phone number, or any personal information, without their parents’ prior permission.
Our Services do not address children under the age defined by the regulations of the country of origin (we consider a user to be a child if a child is under the age of 13. However, depending on the country, the minimum age is the age of 16, consequently, the legislation of European countries is always taken into account). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age. In case we discover that a child under age has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
