Optimization of the content management platform and its further development in line with business needs of the customer. The platform got balanced, acquired cost-efficiency in hosting and maintenance terms, and was unleashed for progress.
Main Portal, over 300 sub-portals for member-associations, and robust platform to unite performing groups and members providing premises for the shows. Looking as a single comprehensive solution for end-users, it unites 4 systems: public web-site development, customer web platform for web-sites of member organizations, company blog and collaboration platform.
Due to its experience in development of Visual Studio controls, tools, and plugins, Sigma Software was selected to create a Microsoft Visual Studio extension to client’s product. The extension was aimed to enable cross-platform applications development directly in the familiar Visual Studio environment and thus to promote the use of client’s product, RhoMobile, among Microsoft development community.
An existing Charges system of the customer for charges tracking and forecast was replaced with a leaner solution, which meets all SAS functional requirements and is more cost-efficient than the existing one.
In order to meet a new law, the customer ordered a Repair and Maintenance Information (RMI) web portal. The RMI was meant to provide unrestricted and standardized access to all necessary information to independent operators.

A task and service management solution to replace existing whiteboard-and-stickers task scheduling process. Sigma Software worked together with Sigma IT & Management to suggest a concept of the system fully meeting customer’s requirements and was contracted to develop this system. The delivered web-based system made daily operations easier and more efficient, optimized tasks assignment to field service technicians, and gave efficient tools for administration and control.
