We developed a software solution automating competence assessment in a real-life training environment for IATA to improve Dangerous Goods handling by aviation personnel.

Replacement of old Decision Support solutions with a lean and cost-efficient system. The system consists of a core platform responsible for daily calculations of actual direct costs, and three modules to it that cover fuel management, activity-based calculations, and invoicing processes. The system increased the efficiency of Customer’s IT environment and significantly reduced maintenance costs.

An existing Charges system of the customer for charges tracking and forecast was replaced with a leaner solution, which meets all SAS functional requirements and is more cost-efficient than the existing one.

Sigma Software took part in a challenge to create a clear and intuitive booking experience. Our intention was to come up with a solution free of throwbacks to pre-mobile days. Nowadays, user interaction with software and hardware systems is cross-device – including a desktop, a laptop, a tablet, and a smartphone – and graphic based, so a handy solution needs to be adaptive and visual.

The customer desired to automate business processes going end-to-end through different systems in the company. We have provided the solution to fit the existing processes and system landscape of the customer. The solution we delivered is based on Camunda engine and provides for process transparency and agility, less programming effort, open framework, no specialist developers, minimal vendor lock-in.
