AT&T XAML controls for visual studio
Sigma Software was contracted by AT&T as an IT solutions provider to expand availability of their telecom services for Windows users. In terms of this project, Sigma Software developed a set of telecom related XAML controls supporting Windows 8 and Visual Studio.
RhoMobile suite integration for Motorola
Due to our experience in development of Visual Studio controls, tools, and plugins, Sigma Software was selected to create a Microsoft Visual Studio extension to client’s product. The extension was aimed to enable cross-platform applications development directly in the familiar Visual Studio environment and thus to promote the use of client’s product, RhoMobile, among Microsoft development community.
Dispatcher center management solution
A task and service management solution to replace the existing whiteboard-and-stickers task scheduling process. Sigma Software worked together with Sigma IT & Management to suggest a concept of the system fully meeting customer’s requirements and was contracted to develop this system. The delivered web-based system made daily operations easier and more efficient, optimized tasks assignment to field service technicians, and gave efficient tools for administration and control.

Mobile application development team delivering a cross-platform application for government officials to work with restricted documents in a secure way (handling of summons, documents, meeting protocols, and agendas)
Intelligent chatbot development
Automating first-line support with a chatbot trained using a collection of questions and answers, FAQs, and other support information. A proof of concept app was developed as quickly as in two weeks to evaluate potential benefit from the app to customer’s business.
