In order to strengthen customer relations, brand awareness, and availability to the brand’s fans over the globe, the client decided to build a new sales channel – a web-shop for branded merchandise and clothes.

A mobile app based on object recognition and deep learning technologies to automate inspections of moving parts on civil engineering machinery. The proposed approach for solving a business problem and the app itself were developed during a 3-day Hackathon organized by Volvo Group Connected Solutions and Volvo Construction Equipment.

Automating first-line support with a chatbot trained using a collection of questions and answers, FAQs, and other support information. A proof of concept app was developed as quickly as in two weeks to evaluate potential benefit from the app to customer’s business.
